Lemon Blueberry Pie Ice Cream
For Father’s Day, I asked my dad what his favorite dessert was. He said anything with lemon and blueberry in it, so I came up with lemon blueberry ice cream “pie”! Homemade lemon blueberry ice cream, topped with (store bought dough) pie crust cages and homemade whipped cream. Served in champagne glasses for extra fancyness!

Little Prince Baby Shower
A cupcake display I made for a Little Prince themed baby shower. The swirled “galaxy” frosting was a first for me, and I was so pleased with how it worked out! The outer cupcakes are all topped with sugar cookie stars, and there’s a big sugar cookie star on top of the moon.
Mom’s 65th Birthday Party
For my mom’s 65th birthday party, we threw Mom an Elvis Presley Beach Bash, complete with surfing Elvis cardboard cutout! But since her birthday is in late September it had a bit of an autumn slant. The homemade cheesecake sandcastle wasn’t an easy task!
