Lemon Blueberry Pie Ice Cream

For Father's Day, I asked my dad what his favorite dessert was. He said anything with lemon and blueberry in it, so I came up with lemon blueberry ice cream "pie"! Homemade lemon blueberry ice cream, topped with (store bought dough) pie crust cages and homemade whipped cream. Served in champagne glasses for extra fancyness!
