Birthday Balloons

For my sister's birthday, I tied cash to a bunch of helium filled balloons, taped those balloons down onto a box at strategic heights and then trapped all the balloons under a layer of wrapping paper, so when she opened the box, all the balloons would pop out, but not fly away!
