Hunk a-hunk of burnin’ pumpkin! Cheesecake Sandcastle For my mom’s 65th birthday party, we threw Mom an Elvis Presley Beach Bash, complete with surfing Elvis cardboard cutout! But since her birthday is in late September it had a bit of an autumn slant. The homemade cheesecake sandcastle wasn’t an easy task!
